With over a decade of experience, Steve leads and manages client relationships across the Life Sciences sector, working with both global and boutique strategy consultancies.

His expertise spans Pricing and Market Access, Commercial Strategy, Regulatory/Medical Affairs, and HEOR, and has delivered over 200+ hiring assignments throughout his career.

Steve also leads the Talent Engagement practice at KRS, where he coaches and develops a high-performing team of specialist recruiters across a range of strategy consulting domains and geographies.

With a background in both permanent and senior-level interim recruitment, Steve also oversees bespoke contractor and workforce solutions for consultancies.
