With just under a year of experience in Life Sciences consulting recruitment, Steed focuses primarily on the candidate side of the recruitment process, supporting individuals from initial engagement through to preparation for final-stage client interviews.

Steed manages opportunities across Market Access and Commercial Strategy, with a particular focus on the EU and JAPAC regions. Prior to joining KRS, Steed gained recruitment experience within the creative industries, including advertising and marketing, bringing a personable, candidate-focused approach to his work.
