Lisa is responsible for overseeing and managing all back-of-house functions across the business, ensuring KRS runs smoothly.

She has spent her career running the operational backbone of businesses and is part of the leadership team at KRS, working closely with the directors on the day-to-day running of the firm.

Her role covers the operational and financial side of the business, keeping systems, processes and reporting on track as the company grows.
