Kerone is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of KRS-Associates. With extensive experience in strategy consulting, he oversees a diverse client portfolio across Life Sciences and broader generalist industries, partnering with firms ranging from boutique consultancies to top-tier strategy houses.

Before founding KRS, Kerone successfully launched and scaled the Life Sciences strategy consulting recruitment practices at his two previous firms. He has since built his reputation, network, and expertise in this area, placing many of the industry’s most recognised leaders and leading complex global team moves.

Kerone’s expertise spans Commercial, Corporate, and Product-level strategy, alongside broader Market Access capabilities. Across all industries, he brings deep knowledge of M&A and Value Creation, as well as Operational Excellence and Business Transformation.

Beyond recruitment, Kerone co-leads the Talent Consulting practice, advising clients on their talent strategy, value proposition development, succession planning, and competitor benchmarking.
