She advises clients on aligning talent strategy with broader business objectives, delivering engagements across competitor benchmarking, employee value proposition development, retention strategies, strategic workforce planning, and organisational design.

Buse partners with a diverse range of clients, from boutique consultancies to global strategy firms, across the US, Europe, APAC, and GCC regions. Her ability to operate across markets enables her to provide insight-led, scalable solutions tailored to each organisation’s growth and goals.

In addition to her client work, Buse has authored several industry-led articles covering topics such as the representation of women in leadership, employer hiring trends, employee motivations, and industry- and function-specific consulting trends.

Buse holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. She is an accredited Occupational Test User in Ability and Personality.
