KRS is working with a leading global strategy consultancy to support the appointment of a Partner within its Private Equity practice, focused on operational M&A, value creation, and post-merger integration.

The firm supports clients across the full investment lifecycle, including operational due diligence, value creation planning, and post-merger integration.

Due to continued growth in demand from Private Equity clients, the firm is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant to supprot with delivery and growth in its operational M&A and value creation offering.

Role Requirements

• Lead complex engagements focused on operational improvement, performance transformation and post-merger integration.
• Manage projects and workstreams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant consulting experience, ideally within strategy, Private Equity advisory, or operational transformation.
• Strong analytical background preferred, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. ‍
