A core focus of the business is partnering with private equity funds and their portfolio companies, supporting with value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle, which is a growing vertical for this firm.

Role Requirements

Business Development

• Proven background in generating new revenue through new client acquisitions as well as expansion within existing client relationships.
• Lead senior client relationships across multiple industries, delivering programmes focused on strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimisation and EBITDA improvement.
• Collaborate with other Partners globally on client proposals, cross-selling opportunities and account development.

Leadership

• Play a key role in the development and growth of the firm’s regional office/team, including mentoring and supporting consultants across all levels.
• Contribute to global leadership initiatives, helping shape the firm’s strategic direction, market positioning, and service offerings.
• Support the recruitment and development of Principals, Managers and Consultants to strengthen delivery capability.
