Company Overview
KRS is working with high growth, private equity backed, boutique strategy consultancy specialised in life sciences as they continue to scale their core commercial strategy practice following year on year overachievement.
With 350+ consulting staff globally, the business offers breadth of project exposure from new product planning and pipeline/portfolio strategy work through to launch strategy and execution support for the Biopharma industry.
They’re looking to double down on their already well-established leadership team through onboarding an experienced Partner to continue and develop their growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Lead large key account clients across the pharmaceutical industry to drive both individual and commercial strategy project revenue as well as broader strategic work
- Drive leads and outreach to potential new clients (biotech, pharma, medtech)
- Collaborate with other Partners/Principals on proposals and pitches to clients to ensure account expansion
Leadership
- Play a key role internally for strategic decision making at an individual practice and business level
- Play a fundamental role in setting processes for recruitment of Principals, Managers and Consultants within the core commercial strategy consulting practice
