Seeking a Senior Manager in M&A and Transaction advisory.

KRS is partnered with a globally recognised M&A and corporate strategy consultancy as they continue to grow their Healthcare practice in London and Munich.
With 2,000+ consultants across 20+ offices worldwide, the firm provides exposure to major clients across Private Equity, Portfolio, and Corporate settings, alongside some of the most high-impact transactions andstrategic projects globally.
Given the ongoing need for support across the European Healthcare and MedTech markets, they are seeking experienced consultants withstrong client and team leadership skills.
Role Requirements:
Project Delivery
- Experience across Commercial Due Diligence, Market Entry, Go-to-Market, Pricing, and Value Creation in Healthcare/MedTech
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, with a focus on data-led client recommendations
- Project oversight and ownership including end-to-end project delivery and delegation to workstream leads and their teams
Leadership
- Managing teams of 3-8 consultants across multiple concurrent projects
- Play a key role in client engagement through regular check-ins, ownership of delivery timelines, and responsibility for presenting project outputs
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members across both professional development and personal growth
